Reservations and this website.

This website is published by Signature Biohazard (“we”, “us”). By using it or reserving a first order you agree to these terms.

What a reservation is

A reservation records your interest in TraceOut, holds your place in the first production run and holds the introductory price shown at the time you reserve for your first order. It is not a purchase, it does not take a payment, and it does not oblige you to buy. We contact you to confirm quantity, price, shipping and delivery date; an order exists only when you confirm it, and payment is taken only at that point through a secure payment page.

Pricing and availability

Introductory prices are $24.95 per quart and $239.40 per case of 12, plus shipping, and apply to the first order placed against a reservation. Prices and pack sizes may change after the first run. Quantities in the first run are limited and are allocated in the order reservations are received. If we cannot supply the quantity you reserved we will tell you and you may reduce or cancel without charge.

Changing or cancelling

You may change the quantity or cancel a reservation at any time before you confirm an order, by email, by phone or by replying to our confirmation message. Once an order is confirmed and paid, our order terms and the carrier’s delivery terms apply.

About the product

TraceOut is a maintenance cleaner for rodent urine and sewage residue odor on washable surfaces. It is not a disinfectant, sanitizer, pesticide or rodent treatment, and it is not a substitute for appropriate contamination cleanup. Always read and follow the directions and precautions on the product label and safety data sheet supplied with your order.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos, the TraceOut and Signature Biohazard names and the design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not copy, republish or use them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Accuracy, availability and liability

We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on information in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website or a reservation will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
