When will TraceOut ship?
The first production run is being scheduled now. Reservations are filled in the order received. We confirm your quantity, price and delivery date with you before anything ships, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
Is this a disinfectant or a rodent treatment?
No. TraceOut is a maintenance cleaner for the residue and odor left on washable surfaces after rodent or sewage cleanup. It does not disinfect, sanitize, repel or remove rodents, and it is not a substitute for appropriate contamination cleanup or a pest control service.
Where is it suitable for use?
Washable, non-porous surfaces in accessible areas: sealed floors, baseboards, cabinets, utility and trash rooms. Follow the directions and precautions on the label, test an inconspicuous spot first, and keep it off porous or unsealed materials.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Yes. A reservation holds your place and your introductory price. You can change the quantity or cancel at any time before you confirm the order. Nothing is charged until then.
