How we handle your information.

Signature Biohazard (“we”, “us”) makes TraceOut and runs this website. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, reserve a first order, or call or email us, and how we use it.

What we collect when you reserve

The reservation form asks for your name, company or property, email address, phone number, role, the pack size and quantity you are interested in, and any notes you add. We also record the time of the reservation, the page you came from, your IP address and browser type, and the campaign link you used if any. Reserving does not take a payment and the form does not accept card or bank details.

How we use it

We use reservation details to hold your place in the first production run, to contact you to confirm quantity, price and delivery before anything ships, and to tell you about TraceOut availability. If you ticked the consent box we may reach you by phone, text or email for those purposes. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, by clicking unsubscribe in an email, or by writing to us.

Calls, texts and email

When you call 1-866-7-TRACEOUT, the call may be recorded and may be answered by an automated assistant before reaching a member of our team. Our call-handling provider records the caller’s number, the time and length of the call and, where recording is on, the recording and a transcript. Where the law requires it, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. Standard message and data rates apply to texts.

Website logs and cookies

Our hosting provider records standard server logs to operate and secure the site. This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will say so.

Who we share information with

We share reservation details only with the providers who help us run the list and reach you: our hosting and storage provider, our call-handling and email providers, and, when an order is confirmed, the carrier that delivers it. We disclose information where a court, regulator or law requires it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept while the pre-order list is open and for a reasonable period after the first run ships so we can honour introductory pricing and answer questions. Confirmed orders become sales records and are kept for the period required by tax and consumer regulations. You can ask us to delete a reservation that has not become an order at any time.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, which we will honour on request. Write to info@traceoutclean.com or call 1-866-7-TRACEOUT.

Children

This website is for property owners, managers, facilities teams and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

When we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page.
